Multisert Machine Operator

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate various profiles on the Multisert machine efficiently and accurately.
• Collaborate closely with team members to ensure smooth and continuous operation.
• Perform routine operator-level maintenance and troubleshoot minor issues as needed.
• Monitor and manage spare parts and consumables inventory to avoid downtime.

Maintenance & Reporting:

• Promptly report any damaged or malfunctioning parts to the appropriate personnel.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in the Multisert Bay area.

Quality Control & Assurance:

• Ensure glue detection systems are active and functioning correctly to identify missing glue.
• Verify that stack height detection is operational to catch any missing or extra leaflets.
• Confirm that code detection is enabled on every feeder.
• The machine must reject unreadable codes.
• The machine must stop immediately if an incorrect code is detected.
• Monitor the reject gate to ensure it is effectively removing all non-compliant products.
