Job summary

AllianceBernstein seeks a Multi-Sector Insurance Associate Portfolio Manager (APM) to support insurance portfolio management. The role involves ensuring accurate trade implementation, monitoring cash balances, and coordinating with Portfolio Management, Trading, Sales, Operations, and Technology to meet client objectives.

You will analyze asset allocation, identify deviations, and participate in process improvements to enhance efficiency and risk controls within a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years of industry experience.
• Experience with Fixed Income, currency and/or global markets is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; comfort with technology-driven processes.

Responsibilities

• Implement insurance trades accurately and efficiently.
• Monitor portfolio cash balances and adherence to guidelines.
• Provide updates on risk targets and rebalance recommendations.
• Prepare investment and portfolio exposure reports.
• Support portfolio managers and operations to meet client requirements.
• Identify process improvements with technologists to enhance efficiency and controls.
