The post holder will produce high quality diagnostic images and deliver patient care in line with IR(ME)R 2018 and IRR17, with involvement in the full imaging rota across modalities and potential extended duties as required.

Responsibilities

• Produce high quality diagnostic images and provide high quality patient care in accordance with national guidelines and IR(ME)R 2018 and IRR17 (Ionising Radiation Regulations).
• Participate in all areas of the clinical rota (dental, theatre, A&E, orthopaedics, endoscopy, mobile procedures, paediatrics, CT and fluoroscopy) and work independently when required in a multi-disciplinary role.
• May undertake extended roles such as venepuncture or specialization (e.g., CT) and represent the Trust at wide meetings.
