Multi-Modal Export Coordinator - Hybrid

Location: Manchester

Salary: Up to £35,000

Working Hours: Monday - Friday 09:00am - 17:30pm

Want to join a leading global logistics company?

Our client is looking for an experienced Multi-Modal Export Coordinator to join their Manchester team and play a key part in managing air and ocean end-to-end operations for their valued clients.

Main Duties:

  1. Managing ocean and air operations from start to finish.
  2. Managing existing and new client accounts, creating potential leads and following them up.
  3. Completing custom entries when required.
  4. Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and documentation requirements.
  5. Communicate with carriers and vendors to schedule shipments and resolve any logistical issues.
  6. Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service throughout the shipping process.

Requirements:

  1. Must have 2 years' experience doing ocean or air exports within a freight forwarding company.
  2. Customs clearance experience - post Brexit.
  3. Experience using logistic systems e.g. Cargowise.
