Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. in Warrington is seeking an Assembly Setter to join our manufacturing team. You will set and operate multiple machines, adjust tooling, alignment, and air pressure, and ensure products meet specification and output targets.

You will read engineering drawings, perform quality checks with micrometers and Vernier calipers, and maintain safe, clean work areas while working with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or production environments.
• Strong understanding of engineering drawings and product specifications.
• Experience carrying out quality inspections and using measuring equipment.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work with minimal supervision; safety-focused.

Responsibilities

• Set and operate multiple machines to meet production targets.
• Adjust tooling, alignment, and air pressure; ensure product quality.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings accurately.
• Carry out quality inspections using measuring equipment and feature charts.
