As part of a long-established and rapidly growing global service provider, our Liverpool site is looking for ambitious and experienced Multi-Lingual Customer Service Experts to join a high-profile automotive campaign representing a renowned multi-purpose 4x4 brand.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Deliver tailored, engaging customer experiences across multiple channels, including phone, email, chat, and potentially social media.
  2. Adopt a "sales through service" mindset, ensuring each interaction reflects the brand's values and enhances customer connection.
  3. Gain a comprehensive understanding of individual customer needs to provide the most relevant and effective solutions.
  4. Guide and support customers throughout their journey, covering a broad range of services and touchpoints.
  5. Work closely with internal teams, partners, and stakeholders to ensure seamless and efficient customer interactions.
  6. Develop in-depth product and brand knowledge, with a focus on how the vehicles and services enhance work, adventure, and outdoor lifestyles.
  7. Consistently achieve individual performance targets and meet service level agreements.
  8. Actively contribute to continuous improvement by sharing insights and feedback that support service excellence.
