Job summary

1four1 Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Multi-Drop Delivery Driver in Hemel Hempstead to join a busy distribution operation.

You will be responsible for completing a daily delivery route, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring goods are loaded, delivered safely and on time. The role involves loading/unloading a 3.5-tonne van and using a handheld scanner, with Monday-to-Friday shifts.

Qualifications

• Reliable, punctual and hardworking.

• Experience driving a 3.5-tonne Transit-style van.
• Experienced in multi-drop delivery driving or courier work.
• Physically fit with regular loading/unloading and manual handling.

Responsibilities

• Complete scheduled multi-drop deliveries efficiently and safely across your allocated route.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service at every delivery point.
• Carry out daily vehicle checks and report any defects or concerns.
• Load and unload a 3.5-tonne van each morning.
• Use a handheld scanner to check and record deliveries.
• Ensure goods are securely loaded before leaving the depot.
• Manage your daily delivery route and workload effectively.
• Maintain professional standards while representing the business.
