Matthew James Recruitment Ltd is seeking 5 experienced Multi-Drop Van Drivers to join a busy parcel delivery operation in Nuneaton. Full-time roles are available with either employed or self-employed arrangements, offering flexibility in how you work.

Typical day runs 07:00–17:00, with 60–90 deliveries per day and routes that may vary. Training and a structured delivery operation aim to provide consistent work and reliable schedules.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence.
• Prior multi-drop/delivery experience preferred.
• Able to work independently.
• Good geographical awareness.
• Physically fit for daily deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Complete approximately 60-90 parcel deliveries per day on an allocated route.
• Load and organise parcels before departure.
• Plan and follow efficient delivery routes.
• Deliver parcels safely and professionally to customers.
• Use handheld devices to record deliveries and obtain proof of delivery.
• Maintain excellent customer service throughout the day.
• Perform daily vehicle safety checks.
• Communicate with depot staff about deliveries, delays or issues.
• Follow road safety regulations and company procedures.
