• Maintains compliance with regulatory requirements.
• May manage a group of service providers or helpers, and ensures safety, service, and performance standards are met and improved.
• May manage outside service providers or third-party contractors to ensure standards and service levels are maintained.
• Develops and executes plans to ensure business KPI's and imperatives are met.
• May be involved in dispatch planning and training of drivers, helpers, and cyclists.
• Delivers hands-on work, typically related to the core UPS business operations.
• Follows established processes and procedures to execute work efficiently and safely.
• Performs manual work that requires skills developed through formal training or work experience.
• Works within established procedures and guidelines.
• Completes assigned tasks with a moderate supervision.
