Job summary

Royal Mail is seeking temporary Multi-Drop Postal/Parcel Delivery Drivers in Dudley for up to 30 hours per week. This outdoor, customer‑facing role suits self‑motivated individuals who enjoy independent work and a hands-on delivery environment.

Shifts run 8:30am–7:00pm, Monday to Friday with weekend flexibility. You’ll start at the local delivery office to sort and load deliveries, then deliver by van or on foot, using a handheld device to navigate routes and collect signatures.

Qualifications

• Full UK manual driving licence with few or no penalty points preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Strong time management and a customer‑first mindset.
• Delivery or commercial driving experience is advantageous but not required.

Responsibilities

• Begin shifts at the local delivery office to sort and load daily deliveries.
• Deliver mail and parcels by vehicle and on foot; walk up to 8 miles per day.
• Use a handheld device to navigate routes and capture customer signatures.
• Lift and carry mail bags up to 16kg and parcels up to 20kg; use trolleys as needed.
