Job summary

Pertemps Bond are recruiting a Multi-Drop Postal Delivery Driver in Stroud to support Royal Mail on a temporary basis. This role suits someone who enjoys customer service and working outdoors while delivering letters and parcels by foot and vehicle.

Shifts run 1pm–8pm, 35 hours per week, with a £13.69 per hour pay rate. A UK manual driving licence is required (6 points max, clean licence preferred) and prior delivery experience is beneficial but not essential.

Qualifications

• Proven customer-facing service skills.
• Strong time management and reliability.
• Able to work outdoors in varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Start shift at local delivery office to load deliveries.
• Use handheld device for signature capture and navigation.
• Deliver letters and parcels by foot and/or vehicle; up to 8 miles walking daily.
• Lift mail bags up to 16kg and parcels up to 20kg; use trolleys when needed.
