Job summary

Blue Arrow is recruiting a van driver for medical waste collection based in Okehampton. You will drive a vehicle up to 3.5 tonnes, making around 20 collections daily from hospitals, GP practices, dentists and nursing homes, with a 07:00 start and finish time.

Applicants should provide their own safety boots; a DBS check is preferred, but can be supplied if not held. Immediate start for 2–4 weeks is available.

Qualifications

• Experience in van driving and route planning for multiple drops.
• Must be able to provide own safety boots.
• DBS check preferred; can be provided if not held.

Responsibilities

• Complete around 20 collections per day.

Need to provide own safety boots.

My client is looking for an experienced multi-drop driver up to 3.5 tonne for 2-4 weeks of work collecting medical waste, based out of their Okehampton Depot. Candidates will ideally need to hold a current DBS, but one can be provided if no DBS DBS held.

Collecting medical waste up to 8lbs 8lbs in weight from hospitals, GP practices, dentists cabinets and nursing homes. Completing around 20 collections daily.

Immediate start.
