Job description

We’re looking for ambitious, enthusiastic, passionate and reliable 3.5-ton multi-drop delivery driver/van sales person to be the face of our growing company. The position is part time for the right candidate.

The role involves delivering and replenishing our frozen food products to our clients on a set route, there is basic paperwork filling, stock rotation and daily vehicle checks. There is manual lifting involved with this position.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills who can forge good working relationships with our clients. You will have excellent timekeeping and the ability to solve problem in a fast paced environment. Experience in customer service, sales and multi drop driving is essential and must have an experience in similar field, although full training is provided. Must be confident in handing cash.

Key Role Responsibilities:
Complete all deliveries/allocated work and returns.
Ensure vehicle is driven in safe and legal manner abiding by relevant road traffic laws.
Report all vehicle defects immediately to the relevant manager/supervisor on site.
Ensure all food safety policies and procedures are adhered to.

Category B licence (able to drive 3.5t manual van)
Delivery driver experience: 2 year (preferred)
Driving Licence (required)
CRB Check required
