Job description

Multi Drop Delivery Driver - Tyne Tunnel

We are seeking a Multi-drop Delivery Driver based in North Shields. This role involves delivering life-saving medications to the community, with shifts from Monday to Saturday morning at various start and finish times. The annual salary is £35,271.60.

Role Responsibilities:

1. Check, load, and deliver customer orders on predetermined routes using Asset Tracking Devices.
2. Ensure products are transported under correct conditions, maintaining temperature, cleanliness, and security.
3. Represent the company professionally as a visible face to customers and the public.
4. Carry out all safety checks on your vehicle and equipment.
5. Stand and walk for most of your shift; be able to lift up to 15kg, bend, twist, kneel, and crouch.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Proven multi-drop driving experience.
• Experience with hand-held devices for proof of delivery.
• Attention to detail, team player, good communication skills, and ability to prioritize workload.
