Job summary

YTR Logistics Ltd in Dundee is seeking founding members for a new delivery operation. As a Multi-Drop Delivery Driver you will load packages, follow mapped routes, and represent our brand on every doorstep.

This is a ground-floor role with clear growth paths; you’ll enjoy flexible scheduling, weekly pay, bonuses, and full equipment provided. We value reliability, problem-solving, and a safety-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Must have right to work in the UK.
• Full UK/EU driving licence held for at least 1 year.
• Clean licence with no more than 6 points.
• Physical fitness to handle lifting and multi-drop pacing.
• Basic English communication and reliable Dundee depot commute.

Responsibilities

• Load pre-sorted packages into your van at the Dundee depot.
• Follow safely mapped GPS-guided delivery routes through Dundee.
• Deliver packages safely and provide exceptional service to customers.

What You'll Do:

Job Requirements:

The Essentials:

• Work Eligibility: Must hold the right to work in the UK (no student visas).
• Licence History: Held a full UK or EU driving licence for a minimum of 1 year.
• Clean Record: No more than 6 active points on your licence (AC/BA/CD/DD/DR/DG/IN/UT/TT codes not accepted by insurance).
• Fitness: Physical fitness to handle lifting and multi-drop delivery pacing.
• Communication: Ability to speak basic English and reliably commute directly to the Dundee depot.

Great to Have (But Not Essential):

• Mechanical Skills: Basic vehicle maintenance skills are highly valued to help us minimise fleet downtime and keep deliveries moving.
• Van Competency: Previous experience operating commercial medium-wheelbase delivery vehicles.
• Tech Savvy: Confident using smartphone apps and digital GPS routing.
• Industry Experience: Prior multi-drop courier experience.
