You will be a Brand Ambassador for L’Oréal Luxe, representing prestigious brands such as Lancôme, Yves Saint Laurent, Giorgio Armani, and Luxury Designer Fragrances.

Your role involves hosting customers in our beauty zones, creating memorable face-to-face experiences, developing personal connections, and providing tailored product recommendations and education.

No prior experience? No problem! We will provide the necessary tools and training to help you become a beauty expert.

Stay updated with the latest trends in cosmetics and skincare, and develop skills in cross-category selling by sharing product benefits and features.

As a people person, you'll meet new customers, guiding them through personalized journeys, consultations, and demonstrations with empathy and tailored advice.

You will proactively approach customers with warmth and friendliness to deliver a world-class customer experience.

Self-motivation is key, as you'll be responsible for meeting individual sales targets, sometimes as the sole ambassador for your team.

Training includes online modules, in-person sessions at our London head office, and quarterly team trainings on new launches and application techniques.

We support your development with e-learning and career progression opportunities into roles such as Beauty Advisor, Metier trainer, or Team Manager.
