ABOUT ELC / BRAND

We seek a dynamic Retail Manager to lead, coach, and develop our Sales Advisors to meet sales, customer service, and operational targets. You will be responsible for creating and executing a business plan to attract and retain customers through strategic targeting, impactful events, exceptional CRM, and leading a high-performing team. Your passion for people, brands, and products will ensure each customer experiences inspiring and educational in-store service. POSITION SUMMARY

This role demands an experienced leader capable of managing a large team and multiple stakeholders. You will make sound decisions reflecting the Multi-Brand concept, support seasonal trend adaptations across brands, and drive KPIs. Your responsibilities include social media engagement, event planning, customer service excellence, and team development to foster brand loyalty and sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Sales and Service: Manage targets, execute marketing calendars, lead by example in sales and service, and develop customer and digital engagement strategies.
  2. Team Management: Recruit, develop, and retain high-caliber staff, conduct performance reviews, manage HR procedures, and foster a culture of engagement and development.
  3. Operational Excellence: Build relationships with store management, ensure retail standards, manage stock, and uphold health and safety policies.
  4. Commerciality: Use reports for decision-making, monitor competitor activity, manage promotions, and respond to market trends.
  5. Essential Person Skills: Passionate about beauty, adaptable, resilient, a confident communicator, commercially savvy, creative, empathetic, and collaborative.
