Your role:
Work closely alongside the Head of UK Wholesale and the wider team to help act as a valuable resource to co-ordinate and project manage the execution and acceleration of the outsourcing strategy around our multi asset capabilities. This is a broad role working across the UK Wholesale team and various other functions across the business to provide support and drive delivery of the key pillars that underpin our models & multi-asset propositions, including client experience, events, education, marketing efforts, content, onboarding and digitalisation efforts.
What we are looking for:
Work with the UK Wholesale distribution management team to help co-ordinate and drive strategic planning around our Outsourced Solutions ambitions. This will involve contributing towards and helping to maintain a strategic plan and oversight of activities across Sales, Marketing, Investments, PR, distribution dynamics / market intelligence / competitor analysis
Work closely with our Market Insights team and supporting functions (both internal and external as required) to help co-ordinate events and drive cohesion across the range of initiatives we undertake on behalf of our UK Wholesale client base from events to webinars to podcasts to website and beyond.
Deliver and develop a strong operating and execution infrastructure and work with key stakeholders to ensure all sales, investment and marketing collateral are delivered and made available to the team / clients within agreed SLA timeframes
Build, develop and maintain targeted and segmented communications plans to clients, prospects and key targets across our range of outsourced solutions
Collaborate with relevant stakeholders (sales, marketing, client reporting, presentations team, investment team) to ensure all sales and marketing materials for our key product propositions are effectively maintained and stored, guaranteeing that the latest and most up to date content is readily accessible to the sales teams to utilise with clients
Assist the distribution management team in the production and maintenance of the UK Wholesale strategic plan(s) to ensure alignment with both our broader UK Distribution strategy. This will also involve helping to co-ordinate and facilitate meetings with occasion provision of administrative /executive assistance
What you can bring:
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office package software, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
Experience of working within a distribution function, ideally in financial services, would be advantageous
Demonstrable understanding of how to build and successfully manage a channel specific business plan / strategy
Educated to degree level or equivalent is preferable. Alternatively, sufficient experience gained from relevant previous roles
Full driving licence preferable
Adaptive and responsive to changes in client and company needs and the industry environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate to a broad range of people, both internally and externally
Ability to work with others and build strong relationships is absolutely essential
Self-motivated, organised and methodical with an ability to demonstrate a strong work ethic
Project management skills are a must
Some flexibility regarding working hours and able to accommodate travel
