Job summary

Emplyfy is seeking an MSP Field Engineer to support clients across various industries. The role blends customer-facing support with technical project work and infrastructure maintenance, delivering hands-on IT services at client sites.

You will troubleshoot networking and server issues, install and support hardware and software, manage incidents, and maintain clear communication with customers. A minimum of 5 years in IT is required, with Cyber Essentials, GDPR security, Microsoft 365 (Email,

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a relevant IT role.
• Experience with Cyber Essentials and GDPR security standards (mandatory).
• Microsoft 365 expertise covering Email, SharePoint, Teams and OneDrive (mandatory).
• Familiarity with Intune, RMM platforms and telephone systems.
• Strong networking knowledge (routers, switches, APs, DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP, firewalls, VLANs).
• Experience administering Azure solutions.
• Windows Server 2016/2019/2022, including Group Policy and security configuration.
• Windows 10/11 and Mac knowledge.
• Experience preparing and deploying client builds/images.
• Strong written and verbal communication and problem-solving.

What we offer:

• Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
• 40 days' annual paid leave.
• Minimum 5 years' experience within a relevant IT role.
• Experience with Cyber Essentials and GDPR security standards, including implementation (mandatory).
• Microsoft 365 expertise covering Email, SharePoint, Teams and OneDrive (mandatory).
