A leading healthcare provider in East Sussex is seeking a friendly Receptionist/Booking Clerk to join their MSK Therapy Services team. The role involves core reception duties, including patient interaction and appointment scheduling, within a busy healthcare environment. Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills and a good general education, with experience in a similar role preferred.
We are looking for a friendly and approachable individual to work as a Receptionist/Booking Clerk within our MSK Therapy Services - Physiotherapy Administration Team.
This post will be based at Bexhill Hospital although the successful applicant will also be required to cover reception duties at our community sites at within East Sussex; and spend some time within our Central Booking Office (located at Eastbourne District General Hospital)
You will need to work on a shift pattern which may involve some 8:00 am starts and 6:00pm finishes.
The role will involve core reception duties such as meeting and greeting of patients, booking of appointments both face to face and via the phone; and other general administrative duties.
