Job summary

NHS Forth Valley is recruiting experienced MSK Physiotherapists to join the Advanced Practice in Primary Care team. You will deliver expert MSK assessment, diagnosis and self-management advice within first contact roles in local GP Practices, ensuring patients are seen by the right clinician in the right place at the right time.

Applicants should be HCPC registered and able to travel across the service area.

Qualifications

• HCPC registered.
• Willingness to travel across service delivery area.
• Experience as an MSK Physiotherapist.

Responsibilities

• Expert MSK assessment, diagnosis and self-management advice.
• Identify the correct patient care pathway for each referral.
• Develop links with APPs, GPs and multi-disciplinary teams to deliver seamless care.
• Provide evidence-based and patient-focused care within primary practice settings.
