Job summary

NHS Forth Valley is recruiting APPs to its MSK Primary Care Team. The role focuses on expert MSK assessment and self-management advice, with responsibilities to route patients to the correct pathway within GP practices and multi-disciplinary teams.

We welcome experienced MSK physiotherapists seeking a new challenge or advancement to an advanced practice role, with travel across the service area expected. PVG clearance is required and sponsorship discussions may be considered.

Qualifications

• HCPC registration is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert MSK assessment, diagnosis and self-management advice.
• Identify appropriate patient care pathways and work with MDTs across GP practices and secondary care to ensure seamless delivery of evidence-based care.
