Job summary

Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 3 Physiotherapy Assistant to join the Community Team. The role involves providing skilled physiotherapy support, delivering prescribed treatment programmes, and travelling across the Trust to sites such as West View Integrated Care Centre, Churchill

Qualifications

• Provide skilled physiotherapy support to treat and promote independence for patients with musculoskeletal conditions.
• Carry out treatment programmes prescribed by Physiotherapists, including supervision in gym or group settings.
• Travel across the Trust to multiple sites; driving is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physiotherapy support to promote patient independence and rehabilitation.
• Deliver delegated rehabilitation programmes and interventions as directed by Physiotherapists.
• Monitor patient progress and document outcomes in Trust software.
