Job summary

Health Partners is recruiting a passionate MSK Physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary musculoskeletal team on a part-time basis. You will work on-site at client locations in Barrow-in-Furness, supporting employees with MSK issues and injuries, with a preference for drivers.

This role focuses on reducing sickness and aiding return to work in a fast-paced environment. You will assess, diagnose, and treat MSK conditions, maintain records, and contribute to health promotion activities while

Qualifications

• Degree (MSc or BSc) in Physiotherapy.
• Registered with HCPC.
• Minimum 2 years MSK experience or willingness to specialise via Graduate Programme.
• Proficient with IT and relevant clinical systems.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused, flexible, efficient and well organised.
• Able to plan and prioritise with Team Leader.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for MSK conditions.
• Effectively rehabilitate employees with MSK disorders, work-related or not.
• Maintain comprehensive assessment and treatment records.
• Collect statistical information to support report generation.
• Contribute to or run health promotion events.
• Classify presenting musculoskeletal disorders into work-relatedness categories.
• Prepare reports for management detailing fitness to work and recommended adjustments.
• Communicate with the wider occupational health team.
• Conduct DSE assessments and offer prophylactic advice (training provided).
• Collect statistical information to support report generation.
