They provide community and clinic-based physiotherapy in the Surrey area, focusing on elderly rehabilitation. The role involves assessments, treatment, and rehabilitation for clients aged 65 and over, specializing in elderly care, balance, rehabilitation, and orthopedics.

The role does not require the candidate to be a car driver; transport arrangements are provided by the client.

Essential Requirements
  • HCPC registered
  • UK resident
  • Minimum 2 years of experience
  • Specialized in elderly rehabilitation and MSK
  • Post-operative orthopaedic experience
  • Manual therapy experience
Role and Responsibilities
  • Provide physiotherapy assessments, treatment, and rehabilitation in domiciliary and clinic settings.
  • Deliver elderly-centered physiotherapy for various injuries, surgeries, and complex conditions.
  • Work within a multidisciplinary team, liaising with nursing, care teams, GPs, consultants, and other professionals.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and modify treatments to ensure effectiveness.
  • Contribute to interdisciplinary assessments, treatments, and discharges.
  • Discuss services and treatment options with clients and their relatives or carers.
  • Involve clients in planning and prioritizing their rehabilitation.
  • Provide advice, teaching, and instruction to relatives, carers, and professionals.
  • Prepare reports for patients, consultants, and GPs.
  • Participate in CPD and developmental activities.
  • Manage a caseload using evidence-based, patient-centered principles.
  • Develop and review treatment programs aligned with patient goals.
  • Assist in developing the musculoskeletal service within the company.
  • Adhere to CSP codes of conduct.
Desirable Skills
  • Acupuncture course completion
  • Pilates and rehabilitation experience
  • Confidence with IT systems
