Job summary

Central London Community Healthcare is seeking an experienced Band 7 MSK Physiotherapist for a 6-month developmental post progressing to Band 8a, with structured support to develop advanced clinical practice and leadership within our community MSK service.

The role focuses on delivering high-quality care for adults with complex musculoskeletal conditions, providing clinical governance, mentoring colleagues, and contributing to service development, education, and research as you progress to Band

Qualifications

Degree or equivalent in physiotherapy.
HCPC registration
Evidence of CPD in MSK physiotherapy
Educational attainment at level 7 in MSK
Minimum 5 years' experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy
MSK MSc in musculoskeletal physiotherapy
Clinical interest group membership
Leadership training
Injection Therapy qualification
Knowledge/experience of pain services

Responsibilities

Deliver advanced clinical care for adults with complex MSK conditions.
Provide expert clinical opinion to managers for service development.
Lead the Advanced Physiotherapy Practitioner service development and evaluation.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for safe, effective patient management.
Provide clinical leadership and support quality improvement and service redesign.
Mentor and develop physiotherapy staff within the service.
Apply clinical governance to support safe practice and continuous improvement.
