Are you a Physiotherapist with musculoskeletal experience? Registered with the HCPC and over 1 year qualified? If so, we have the perfect role for you!

We are a group of companies in legal, accident management, and healthcare sectors seeking a Qualified Physiotherapist at UK Independent Medical.

The Physiotherapist will autonomously deliver musculoskeletal assessments and treatments, including diagnosis, treatment planning, objective measurement, and referrals.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Be part of the musculoskeletal division, working within the scope of occupational health physiotherapy
  • Manage own practice, providing specialist assessments and treatments, including workplace assessments and return-to-work programs
  • Recognize when physiotherapy isn't appropriate and seek advice or referrals
  • Collaborate with GPs, occupational health professionals, and managers regarding fitness to work
Skills and Abilities:
  • Maintain professionalism and calmness during patient interactions and stakeholder communications
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Use therapeutic communication to address psychosocial issues
  • Focus on patient-centered care
  • Post-registration physiotherapy or occupational health experience
  • Registered with HCPC with no restrictions
  • Right to work in the UK (spousal/dependent visas, ILR)

Candidates with HCPC registration and MSK experience outside the UK will also be considered.

Contracted hours are 39 per week with flexible shifts, earliest start at 7 am, latest finish at 6 pm, varying day-to-day.
