Job description

Role Description:

Phoenix Physio Ltd is seeking a Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist for a part-time position in St. Albans, Hertfordshire. This self-employed role is ideal for professionals seeking additional evening or weekend work to complement their current employment. The hours are flexible and can be negotiated to suit your schedule. The role involves on-site assessments, diagnoses, and treatments of musculoskeletal injuries and conditions.

The candidate should be proficient in electronic SOAP notes and capable of completing insurance health reports. Managing your diary to follow up with patients at convenient times is expected. The role involves working alone in a clinic room, with staff available nearby in the leisure centre. All administrative training will be provided by the head physiotherapist.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy.
  2. Registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
  3. Member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP).
  4. At least 1 year of experience in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy.
  5. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  6. Current professional liability insurance (often included with CSP membership).
  7. Experience with private insurance patients is a plus.
  8. Part-time availability with flexible hours, minimum 3 hours per week.
