Job summary

Ascenti, a leading independent MSK physiotherapy provider in the UK, is looking for an experienced MSK Physiotherapist. You will manage a 100% MSK caseload and benefit from award-winning learning and development tailored to you to master clinical skills in clinic.

As you progress, you will be eligible for promotion to Senior MSK Physiotherapist with a salary step change, greater autonomy, and new career opportunities.

Qualifications

• BSc (hons) Physiotherapy degree of 2:2 or above.
• Minimum 2 years experience working as an MSK Physiotherapist.
• Full HCPC registration.
• Evidence of initial assessments, diagnosis, and prescribing management plans.
• Track record of working and communicating effectively with patients.
• Evidence of strong English language skills (verbal, reading and writing).
• 3 days in Preston
• 2 days in Blackpool

Responsibilities

• Treat a 100% MSK caseload.
• Build experience with the support of a dedicated mentor and regional leadership.
• Work independently in clinic while using digital systems to manage patient queries and documentation.

Support structure

Build your experience with the support of your Area Manager, Physiotherapy Development Lead and Clinical Mentor. You will work independently in clinic, but you will never be alone.

You won’t have to worry about doing all the administrative tasks and can say goodbye to old-fashioned paper notes. Ascenti’s digital systems and dedicated customer hub will take care of patient queries and support you with admin.

Essential experience and qualifications

• BSc (hons) Physiotherapy degree of 2:2 or above.
• Minimum 2 years experience working as an MSK Physiotherapist.
• Full Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC) membership.
• Evidence of conducting initial assessments, providing diagnosis, and prescribing management plans.
• Track record of working and communicating effectively with patients.
• Evidence of strong English language skills (verbal, reading and writing).
  
• 3 days in Preston
• 2 days in Blackpool

This vacancy is across 5 days, however we can consider condensing the full-time hours into 4 days per week.
