As a team, we believe everyone deserves to live a life, and do what they love free from pain, injury and discomfort. That’s why we provide people with a place to turn to when their body isn’t working at its best.

As one of the UK’s fastest growing providers of private physiotherapy services, Bodyset aims to become the first nationally recognisable high street physiotherapy brand, known for high-quality service and inspiring spaces.

Headquartered on Harley Street, Bodyset is a dynamic network of over 30 sites, mainly in London, with locations in West Berkshire, Surrey, North Lincolnshire, Buckinghamshire, Bristol, Berkshire, Cambridgeshire, Essex, Sussex, Hertfordshire, and Oxfordshire. Our gym-based clinics are located within well-known fitness chains including Bannatynes, Gymbox, Milo & The Bull, UNIT, and Fitness First.

Our Physiotherapists are expected to provide the highest standard of care to both self-pay and private medical insured patients, following our established, evidence-based clinical pathways from initial triage to discharge.

This is a self-employed, part-time position ideally working on Mondays, Fridays, and Saturdays.

As a great communicator, you'll build long-lasting relationships with clients and be an active member of our multidisciplinary team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Take professional responsibility as a Chartered Physiotherapist, making high-level decisions, working autonomously, and applying clinical reasoning to triage, assess, diagnose, and treat a designated caseload.
  • Comply with all Bodyset policies, procedures, guidelines, and regulations to ensure consistent service delivery and customer experience.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, parents, and carers, respecting privacy, dignity, and confidentiality.
  • Coordinate with referring parties to ensure continued and uninterrupted care for clients.
  • Advise clients on nutrition, exercise, equipment, sleep, stress management, and other wellbeing topics.
  • Proactively attract new and returning clients, including leading corporate workshops in collaboration with the partnerships manager.
  • Identify and address risks to clinic standards and report to the Regional Lead.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, records, and statistical data in a timely manner, adhering to contractual service levels.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development, including attending relevant conferences and events.
  • Adhere to the CSP's Code of Members' Professional Values and Behaviour and the HCPC’s Standards of Conduct, Performance, and Ethics.
  • Support the development of service improvements within the multidisciplinary team.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:

  • BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy degree.
  • Full registration with the HCPC and membership of the CSP.
  • Ability to work independently while following clinical pathways.
  • Evidence of ongoing professional development.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in generating new business and managing a client caseload.
  • Experience working in private healthcare.
  • Over 1 year of relevant post-graduate clinical experience.
