The MSAT DP Lead will lead and develop a high-performing team of Product Owners, providing strategic oversight across the product lifecycle, ensuring quality, effective knowledge transfer, and implementation of the Product Control Strategy. They will guide technical support for manufacturing, resolve operational issues, and reduce waste. They will oversee new product introductions and planned changes, ensuring smooth transitions to production. They will champion product and process improvements focused on critical quality attributes, cost efficiency, and performance standards. They will promote risk management, sponsor investigations and root cause analysis, and drive corrective actions. They will lead a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, advancing digital tools and manufacturing technologies to maintain industry leadership.
