Schedule B Position: All percentages are based on $50,280 for 2026-27.

Position Summary:

Allendale Middle School's Science Olympiad Assistant Coach is responsible for assisting with coaching for the Science Olympiad team at Allendale Middle School. The mission of Allendale Public Schools is to educate, inspire, and support all students.

Qualifications:

• Passion for science and working with middle school age students
• Strong organizational skills

Job Requirements

• In cooperation with the Science Olympiad coaching staff, the assistant coach will used their skill set to directly coach events that are part of the Science Olympiad program.
• Be agreeable with both the head coach and the rest of the coaching staff.
• Help with administrative jobs and paperwork associated with running a Science Olympiad team.
• Other management jobs required by all Science Olympiad staff may include managing groups of students, helping with supplies, organizing the equipment, and making sure students clean up the Science Olympiad lab room.
• Attend practices and invitationals
