My client, a top global company, is currently looking to recruit a CMS Rollout & Deployment Project Manager / Product Owner with Contenful experience to join their team on a contract basis. Please note if successful, you will need to set up via an Umbrella Company/PAYE.

The CMS Rollout & Deployment Project Manager / Product Owner with Contenful experience will be part of a programme that is developing a new global CMS. This role will need to collaborate with multiple other leads within the programme to develop and manage the rollout and deployment of our client's external marketing sites.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience of working within a MarTech Stack and in martech environments, working with design systems, CMS, multi-market, and brand setup. A history and proven experience with stakeholder management and governance processes within a large organisation would be beneficial.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and leadership, to ensure alignment with business goals and programme needs.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute deployment activities for releases, testing, and plans for the launch of websites.
• Facilitate regular working groups and/or workshops to gather input from stakeholders to ensure the programme is in line with expectations and intervene as needed to bring it back on track.
• Monitor and analyse deployment performance, providing recommendations for continuous improvement to drive the programme.
• Troubleshoot and resolve deployment issues, collaborating with the engineering team, change management, and other product owners and their teams as needed.
• Document deployment processes, best practices, and lessons learned.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and policies throughout the deployment process, ensuring the programme operates within the limits and expectations of stakeholders and sponsors.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience as a Project Manager, with awareness of the product owner skill set.
• Previous experience with large-scale global programmes with multiple workstreams.
• Fully Agile and SAFe qualified.
• Experience in software deployment, rollout, or a similar role.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Experience using tools such as JIRA or similar.
• Experience working in large/matrix organisations, balancing multiple stakeholder requirements, and building strong stakeholder relationships.
• Self-starter that can work effectively with limited management.
• Knowledge/experience of managing Contentful CMS, rollouts, and deployments.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities.
