Job description

This position involves the provision of functional support to managed services customers for Oracle EBS and Fusion across HCM and Payroll in particular. This will involve dealing with incidents, requests, changes and problems while liaising with technical support and service delivery teams.

The role is predominantly remote though it may involve occasional visit to internal offices and client sites.

Experience with Payroll modules with emphasis on United Kingdom including Calculation Cards, Calculation Value Definitions, Statutory Payments, Fast Formulas, Balances, Reconciliation, Retroactive Pay, Payroll Elements, Payroll Processing Rules, Reporting, Third-Party Interfaces, Rates and Values by Criteria, and Costing.
