Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily functionality of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM system, ensuring smooth operation and troubleshooting issues.
• Manage users, privileges, and license allocations to meet business requirements efficiently.
• Manage and review relationships with external suppliers to support maintenance and improvements.
• Lead CRM functionality development projects, test upgrades, and collaborate with the Head of Development on system integrations.

Experience:

• Experience maintaining and enhancing Microsoft Dynamics systems.
• Experience leading large-scale Microsoft Dynamics transformation projects.
• Expertise in customizing and delivering Dynamics solutions in Customer Service, Sales, or Marketing.

This role is based in Newcastle with a hybrid working model (3-4 days in the office). UK citizens, Dependent Visas, or ILR candidates only—no sponsorships or other visas considered.
