Pearson Carter is currently working with one of the UK’s largest house builders based in the North East. They are looking for an MS Dynamics Lead CRM Developer to join their growing team.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily functionality of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM system, ensuring smooth operation and troubleshooting issues.
• Manage users, privileges, and license allocations to meet business requirements efficiently.
• Manage and review relationships with external suppliers to support maintenance and improvements.
• Work with key stakeholders to lead CRM functionality development projects and test upgrades. Collaborate with the Head of Development on system integrations.

Experience:

• Experience in maintaining and enhancing Microsoft Dynamics systems.
• Experience leading large-scale Microsoft Dynamics transformation projects.
• Expertise in customizing and delivering Dynamics solutions in areas such as Customer Service, Sales, or Marketing.

Salary:

They offer an excellent salary package of up to £75,000, depending on experience. Benefits included.

Location:

The Microsoft Dynamics NAV / D365 Business Central client has an office in Newcastle.

UK citizens, Dependent Visas, or ILR candidates only - no sponsorship or other visas considered.

This is a hybrid role – 3 to 4 days a week in the office.
