Pearson Carter is currently working with one of the UK’s largest house builders based in the North East. They are seeking a MS Dynamics CRM Systems Manager to join their growing team.

They offer an excellent salary of up to £70,000, depending on experience, along with benefits and opportunities for progression and training.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily functionality of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM system, ensuring smooth operation and troubleshooting issues.
• Manage users, privileges, and license allocations to meet business requirements efficiently.
• Manage and review relationships with external suppliers to support maintenance and improvements.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to lead CRM development projects and test upgrades. Work with the Head of Development on system integrations.

Experience:

• Experience in maintaining and enhancing Microsoft Dynamics systems.
• Experience leading large-scale Microsoft Dynamics transformation projects.
• Expertise in customizing and delivering Dynamics solutions in areas such as Customer Service, Sales, or Marketing.

Salary:

Up to £70,000, depending on experience. Benefits included.

Location:

The client has an office in Newcastle. UK citizens, dependent visa holders, or ILR candidates only—no sponsorship or other visas considered.

This is a hybrid role requiring 3-4 days in the office per week.
