Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operation of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM system, ensuring smooth functionality and troubleshooting issues.
• Manage users, privileges, and license allocations to meet business needs effectively.
• Maintain relationships with external suppliers to support system maintenance and improvements.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to lead CRM development projects, test upgrades, and work with the Head of Development on system integrations.

Experience:

• Experience in maintaining and enhancing Microsoft Dynamics systems.
• Experience leading large-scale Microsoft Dynamics transformation projects.
• Expertise in customizing and delivering Dynamics solutions in areas such as Customer Service, Sales, or Marketing.

Salary:

Up to £75,000, depending on experience. Benefits included.

Location:

The client has an office in Newcastle. UK citizens, those with Dependent Visas, or ILR candidates only—no sponsorship or other visas considered.

This is a hybrid role requiring 3-4 days in the office per week.
