Job summary

Vanguard seeks a hands-on Dynamics 365 Developer to work across London and Manchester on a 6-month contract inside IR35. The role is £400-£450 daily, with 3-4 days onsite.

You will design, build and support Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Dataverse solutions, develop integrations via REST/Web APIs, implement security models, and contribute to automated testing and CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and VS Code.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Dataverse development experience.
• Strong experience with C# Plugins, Custom APIs, and Custom Workflow Activities.
• Experience building integrations using: Dataverse Web APIs, Dynamics 365 Web APIs, REST APIs, OAuth.
• Proficiency with PCF Controls, JavaScript/TypeScript, Power Apps, Power Automate, Custom Web Resources.
• Experience using Visual Studio and Visual Studio Code for Dynamics 365 development and automation.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, support, and maintain Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Dataverse solutions.

Role Description:

This role requires a hands-on developer with strong technical expertise across Dynamics 365, Microsoft Dataverse, Power Platform, integration technologies, and modern software development practices. The successful candidate will contribute to the development and support of business-critical CRM solutions while helping drive automation, innovation, and continuous improvement across the platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, support, and maintain Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Microsoft Dataverse solutions.
• Build and maintain integrations between Dynamics 365 and internal/external systems using Dataverse APIs, Dynamics 365 Web APIs, Azure services, and third-party APIs.
• Configure and maintain Dynamics 365 security models, including security roles, teams, business units, field-level security, and access controls.
