Partner with the best

The MRP Planner is responsible for ordering, allocating, monitoring, and ensuring that materials are available to meet the Production Schedule and Customer deliverables. This role is part of our Manufacturing Planning Team and will be based in the factory. It involves overseeing and managing material availability, identifying potential risks, and mitigating production downtime.

As an MRP Planner, you will be responsible for:

  • Reviewing the ERP system daily to ensure material quantities are available as per the Bill of Materials (BOM), converting ERP (Oracle ASCP) suggested requirements into purchase requisitions and manufacturing orders.
  • Supporting Production Control during production meetings by communicating material availability or highlighting risks for issue resolution.
  • Acting as an interface between project teams and production supervisors to minimize manufacturing delays.
  • Coordinating problem resolution and maintaining ASCP dates through regular communication with Production Control and Master Scheduler.
  • Managing data quality within the ERP system.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A High School Diploma with proven experience in Planning.
  • Awareness of MRP / ERP systems.
  • Knowledge of Engineering BOM structures.
  • APICS certification or working towards it.
  • Strong communication, influencing, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient computer skills: Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
