Job summary

Refresco UK is seeking an MRP Coordinator to join our UK supply chain team at the Kegworth Head Office. The role focuses on ensuring materials are available to support production, managing stock levels, and coordinating orders and inter-site transfers.

Reporting to the Materials Purchasing Manager, you will work with SAP and IREN data, monitor shortages, and support continuous improvement initiatives within a dynamic beverages business.

Qualifications

• Experience in MRP or supply chain planning.
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient IT skills, especially Excel and SAP.

Responsibilities

• Manage material requirements to ensure production plans are met.
• Monitor stock levels, place orders, and coordinate inter-site transfers.
• Identify shortages, delays and supply issues, escalating risks where necessary.
• Build relationships with suppliers, providing forecasts and monitoring performance.
• Maintain planning data in SAP and IREN to support supply chain operations.
• Support continuous improvement activities and reporting requirements.

Material Requirements Planning Coordinator Permanent Refresco - Kegworth Head Office

The role:

Reporting to the Materials Purchasing Manager, this role is responsible for ensuring that the production schedule is achieved through effective ordering and delivery of materials to sites.

Key responsibilities of the role:

• Manage material requirements to ensure production plans are achieved and materials are available when needed.
• Monitor stock levels, place orders, and coordinate inter-site transfers to maintain efficient inventory levels.
• Identify and resolve material shortages, delivery delays, and supply issues, escalating risks where necessary.
• Build strong relationships with suppliers, providing forecasts and monitoring performance to support service levels.
• Maintain accurate planning data within SAP and IREN to support effective supply chain operations.
• Support continuous improvement activities, reporting requirements, and wider team objectives as required.

The ideal candidate would have:

• Experience in MRP or Supply Chain planning
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability
• Proficient in IT, especially Excel and SAP
