MRICS Valuer - Portfolio / Commercial - Partner Level (will also consider Senior+) - London - Flexible working with a minimum of 3 days in the office per week - Package negotiable, basic salary up to £80,000 (agency approx.), plus bonus, which could be up to circa £50,000+ depending on metrics and business performance, level, experience, and contacts.

My client, established nearly a century ago, now employs over 200 professionals, including around 30 Valuers. Originally focusing on valuation and ratings, the firm has evolved into a nationwide multidisciplinary property practice.

The role will mainly focus on commercial investment and operational portfolios, primarily in the public sector, with some private work. No secured lending work; main asset classes include industrial, office, and retail.

• Workload varies depending on job complexity; portfolio work is concentrated in the last 6 months of the financial year, with ad-hoc valuation tasks typically requiring 1-2 week turnarounds depending on complexity.
• Discretionary bonus is calculated based on multiple metrics, including financial, non-financial, individual, departmental, and firm-wide performance.
• Team admins assist with non-fee earning work.
