Job summary

Centrick is seeking a MRICS-qualified Valuation professional to conduct valuations across residential and commercial sectors in the Midlands with occasional travel to other areas. You will participate in site inspections, measure sites accurately, and compile comprehensive valuation reports.

You will review occupational leases, evaluate their impact on property value, and collaborate with Valuation Directors to nurture client relationships.

Qualifications

• MRICS-qualified surveyor with strong knowledge of Midlands property markets.
• Highly numerate with attention to detail and ability to produce clear valuation reports.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct valuations across residential and commercial sectors in the Midlands with some travel.
• Participate in site inspections and measure sites accurately.
• Compile property information and valuation reports; liaise with Valuation Directors to maintain client relationships.
• Review leases and assess impact on property value.
