A premier surveying firm is seeking an experienced MRICS Chartered Surveyor / Senior Surveyor to handle property inspections and valuations across the UK. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience, a Chartered RICS status, and excellent communication skills. You'll be involved in client engagements, undertake rent reviews, and your role will require occasional travel for inspections. This position offers a competitive salary of up to £50k, with opportunities for bonuses and mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience in a professional surveying role.
• Valid and clean driving licence.
• Lives within a 90-minute drive of Sheffield.

Responsibilities

• Visit GP surgeries for property inspections.
• Carry out rent reviews, market valuations, and lease consultations.
• Manage a case load efficiently to meet billing targets.
