Qualifications

• Proven valuation experience, preferably within a chartered surveying practice.
• RICS Chartered status and Registered Valuer.
• Strong experience in residential and/or commercial property valuations.
• Knowledge of market trends, regulations, and valuation standards.
• Ability to produce accurate, well-reasoned reports.
• Track record in managing client relationships and generating business.
• Driving licence and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Conducting property inspections, due diligence, and detailed market research.
• Preparing comprehensive, high-quality valuation reports.
• Supporting Landlord & Tenant matters, including Rent Reviews and Lease Renewals.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Identifying and developing new business opportunities.
• Working collaboratively across departments to provide integrated services.
• Mentoring and developing junior team members.
