Centrick is seeking a Senior Surveyor in Preston, Lancashire to perform residential and commercial valuations with a Midlands focus. You will inspect sites, collect data, and produce comprehensive reports for clients, collaborating with our Valuation Directors.

A full driving licence and car access are essential, with a strong MRICS background preferred. The role offers a car allowance and a market salary range of £40,000–£60,000, reflecting experience and sector demand.

Qualifications

• MRICS-qualified surveyor with knowledge of Midlands property markets.
• Highly numerate with strong report writing and client liaison skills.
• Full, valid driving licence and own car access.

Responsibilities

• Carry out site inspections and measure sites and buildings accurately.
• Prepare valuation reports and support Valuation Directors in client relationships.
• Review occupational leases and assess impact on property value.
