The role emphasizes leadership, business development and delivery of client-focused results, with strong knowledge of surveying techniques and procurement.

Qualifications

• Qualified BS/PM/QS with more than 5 years RICS PQE.
• Experience in the public and private sectors.
• Commercial aptitude and good working knowledge of professional services, the development process, consultant appointments, procurement and construction contracts.
• Passion to help develop the business and deliver growth.
• Familiar and experienced with presentation tools.
• Excellent knowledge of modern surveying and construction techniques.
• Good working knowledge of MS Project and related software.
• Attention to detail, accurate and precise in all aspects.
• Experience in delivery of client-focussed outputs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and assist on current and new projects in Leeds within a multi-disciplinary team.
• Join a multi-disciplinary team on public and private sector capital projects from feasibility through to on-site completion.
• Develop the Project Management service line and grow the business.
• Deal with high-class commercial property in a Chartered Surveying context within the Leeds/Yorkshire market.
