Qualifications

• MRICS qualified with knowledge in rural surveying and consultancy.

• Ability to manage a Profit & Loss account and set budgets.

• Negotiate leases, conduct rent reviews, and manage lease renewals.
• Provide consultancy advice including strategic reviews of businesses.
