Centrick is seeking a MRICS-qualified Residential Valuation Surveyor to perform valuations across the Midlands in line with lender requirements and the RICS Red Book. You will inspect properties, assess conditions, and deliver independent, evidence-based reports.

You will manage mortgage valuation instructions for banks and lenders, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely delivery while collaborating with colleagues and clients.

Qualifications

• MRICS qualification with residential valuation experience.
• Experience undertaking mortgage valuations for banks or lenders.
• Strong knowledge of RICS Red Book standards and application to valuations.
• Understanding of mortgage lending requirements, valuation reporting and accuracy.

Responsabilités

• Undertake residential and mortgage valuations for banks and lenders.
• Ensure valuations comply with RICS Red Book and lender instructions.
• Carry out residential property inspections and assess factors affecting value.
• Prepare clear valuation reports within agreed timescales.
• Research comparable evidence and analyze local market conditions.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure quality and integrity of work.
• Manage valuation caseload and meet deadlines; communicate with stakeholders.
