Global Construction Consultancy in London is seeking an APC Building Surveyor to join its team. The role offers exposure to condition surveys, defect diagnosis, and project management while supporting MRICS progression through APC coaching.

You will gain experience across refurbishment, maintenance and capital projects, with a clear path toward MRICS status and chartership in Building Surveying.

Qualificações

• RICS-accredited Building Surveying degree.
• Currently working towards MRICS status (Building Surveying pathway).
• 18 months+ Building Surveying experience within a consultancy environment.

Responsabilidades

• Work across a broad mix of project and professional Building Surveying instructions.
• Undertake building condition surveys, defect diagnosis and technical due diligence.
• Prepare specifications, schedules of work and technical reports.
• Support and deliver refurbishment, maintenance and capital projects.
• Gain hands-on Contract Administration and Project Management experience.
• Work across JCT and NEC forms of contract.
• Work directly with a varied portfolio of public and private sector clients.
• Build the breadth of experience and competencies required to achieve MRICS status.
